The Head of Finance and Administration is responsible for managing all financial, administrative, and operational aspects of IDEAs in compliance with relevant laws, and financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Essential Duties :
· Provides technical support and advice to the Executive Director.
Ensures compliance with relevant labor legislations in the management of human and financial resources.
Minimum Required Education & Experience
Qualified Accountant, Chartered with recognized professional accounting body or a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance with at least 8 years’ experience in administrative, financial and operational management of an international project or organization.
