    Position Summary

    Project HOPE seeks a Chief of Party , Deputy Chief of Party, Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Senior Technical Advisor , Health Care Finance Senior Technical Advisor , and Strategic Information Advisor for a potential USAID/Ghana funded five-year transition award titled Integrated Health Partnership (IHP) aimed at significantly reducing preventable deaths among mothers, newborns, and children in Ghana.

    Strategic Information/Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor

    The Strategic Information/Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Advisor will be responsible for the development and management of the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting system in this Activity.

    Required Qualifications

    • Advanced degree in public health, demography, sociology, epidemiology, biostatistics, psychology, health informatics or a related field.
    • Seven (7) years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and research related to large-scale health development projects.
    • Demonstrated experience leading and building the capacity of M&E officers to utilize data systems effectively and to conduct complex public health data reviews including remote, field-based staff, to meet USAID Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (MER) procedures and requirements.
    • Exceptional communication skills (including presentations) in written and spoken English required.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of Ghana’s local languages.
