Overview:
AbenGlobal, a leading courier company in Ghana, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Staff member to join our team. The Field Staff will play a crucial role in supporting our operations during the second shift (12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesdays to Saturdays).
The ideal candidate will assist in call center resolutions, handle package sorting, dispatch riders efficiently, and perform data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Second Shift Operations:
Manage and oversee operations during the second shift, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Call Center Assistance:
Provide support to the call center team by assisting in resolving customer and riders queries and issues effectively.

Package Handling:
Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling deliveries.
•
Rider Dispatch:
Coordinate and dispatch riders with packages, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.

Data Entry
: Accurately input and manage data related to package handling and delivery into the company’s databases.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within logistics, eCom, consulting, IT industry, banking & accounting, industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, riders, and customers.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Second Shift: Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
