Job Description:

    What you will do?

    This role is pivotal in enhancing our social media presence and effectively engaging our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and a knack for storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.
    • Manage and maintain Fido’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
    • Create and curate high-quality content for social media, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
    • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, ensuring regular updates and posts are in line with our content calendar.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to engage with our audience and address inquiries or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing graphics and assets for social media.
    • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content.
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment analysis.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Fido’s social media strategies are innovative and effective.
    • Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands to extend our social media reach.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design elements.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
