The ICASS Coordinator/CSC Supervisor oversees the four-person Customer Service Center, and coordinates all customer service monitoring and improvements across the ICASS service platform. The position acts as the Collaborative Management Initiative (CMI) Coordinator for the Management Section and as the VIP Visit Coordinator. Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the work of the Management Counselor and the ICASS Council.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Requires two years experience working in an office environment.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma and two years of college-level study is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluency in reading, written and spoken English is required. (This may be tested).
