Job Description:

  • We are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our company.

    Job Summary

    • This role involves managing a marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and delivering creative, data-driven solutions to meet organizational objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products/services and enhance brand visibility.
    • Identify target markets and customer segments, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly.
    • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies.
    • Manage, mentor, and lead the marketing team, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Monitor expenditures and ROI for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including content, advertising campaigns, and promotional content.
    • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
    • Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
    • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
    • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to upper management for decision-making.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to formulate strategies.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful event execution.
    • Cultivate relationships with the media, influencers, and industry partners.
    • Manage media inquiries and coordinate press releases and communications.
    • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging and positioning.
    • Monitor and protect the company’s brand image and reputation.

    Qualification Required & Experience

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of successful campaigns.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and emerging marketing technologies.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • B2B,B2G and B2C onboarding.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
