Job Description:

  • Agrisolve LTD is a company that empowers smallholder farmers, particularly women and young Agri-entrepreneurs, by creating a sustainable platform for direct market linkages.We are looking for a Human Resource and Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resource and Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our organization’s administrative functions while also serving as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all HR and administrative functions are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the company and employees, ensuring that all job-related needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

    • Manage all administrative functions of the organization, including office management, record-keeping, and vendor management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues, ranging from general inquiries to more complex issues that require in-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
    • Administer the full employee life cycle including onboarding, benefits enrollment, and other HR-related tasks
    • Develop and maintain accurate record-keeping and data management systems
    • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders, such as insurance providers and government agencies, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Continuously improve organizational processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with a demonstrated track record of success
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as experience in implementing applicable laws and policies
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with external vendors and stakeholders
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
