The successful candidate will become the point of reference for all creative content and brand visuals.

The successful candidate will become the point of reference for all creative content and brand visuals.

    Responsibilities

    Design Communication Materials

    * Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of marketing campaigns and marketing support materials for all divisions.
    * Design all marketing collaterals including tee shirts, polos, souvenirs, signages, event paraphernalia, displays and stands.
    * Ensure all brand guidelines are adhered to in/on all forms of external communications.
    * Schedule design jobs in a professional and highly organized manner.
    * Ensure all brand assets are displayed properly and are in good condition.

    Social Media

    * Create digital adaptations of all our campaigns for social media.
    * Track and audits our social media activity to ensure compliance
    by agency.
    * Support the creation of relevant creatives for our digital marketing.

    Events and Brand Activation

    * Own and drive the full execution of the relevant events, exhibitions and activations, including promotions, promotional merchandising assets of the company.
    * Provide innovative solutions for activations, events, and external exposure.

    Internal Communications

    * Design and supervise the production the newsletter every quarter in a timely manner.
    * Design all internal communications in the form of emailers, posters, and WhatsApp graphics for dissemination.
    * Develop other effective channels of internal communications.
    * Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

    Experience
    · 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer in a communications and marketing agency.
    · Experience in managing media relations and email marketing campaigns.
    · Understanding of social media marketing.
    · Print and online advertising experience.
    · Proven experience as a creative lead or in a similar creative role
    · Hands-on experience in the creative process, graphic design, video editing and brand development.
    · Ability to create campaign ideas that work seamlessly in 360-degree campaigns.
    · Knowledge proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
    · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and/or iWork (Keynote, Pages and Numbers).
    · Knowledge in web design, AI tools, animation and social media management tools.
